    Computer Vision Engineer

Remote · EU timezone preferred Full-time

    About the role

You'll own the engine that turns prompts and references into usable training data: ComfyUI workflows, LoRA fine-tunes, and the detection / VLM models we benchmark them against. The work spans the full loop — generate, annotate, train, measure, improve.

You'll work directly with the founders on what gets shipped. There's no committee. If a workflow needs rewriting or a new detector needs training, you do it.

    What you'll do

    • Design and maintain ComfyUI generation pipelines for security, defense and robotics scenarios.
    • Train and fine-tune LoRAs on domain data (weapons, drones, PPE, vehicles, environments).
    • Train and benchmark YOLO detectors and Vision Transformers on synthetic + real data.
    • Run synthetic-vs-real evaluations and improve the generation loop based on what fails.
    • Build VLM fine-tuning workflows (captioning, grounding, classification).
    • Push generation quality, dataset diversity and annotation correctness — every release.

    Must have

    • Strong Python and PyTorch
    • YOLO (v8+) — training, fine-tuning, deployment
    • Vision Transformers / VLMs
    • ComfyUI — building and modifying workflows
    • LoRA fine-tuning (SDXL / Flux or similar)
    • Annotation formats: YOLO, COCO

    Nice to have

    • Diffusion model internals (SDXL, Flux, ControlNet)
    • CCTV, defense or robotics domain experience
    • CUDA / Triton / ONNX / TensorRT deployment
    • Prior synthetic data work
    • Open-source contributions
    • Comfortable shipping in a small team

    What we offer

    • Real ownership of the technical roadmap.
    • GPU access for training and experimentation.
    • Remote, EU-friendly hours.
    • Direct line to customers — what you build is what they use.
